Coffeeshop New Times originally opened in 2008, but the current owners have been in control since 2010. The coffeeshop is located on Spuistraat, which runs parallel to the Singel and the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal.

Inside the coffeeshop it is very modern and has Arabian decor style decor throughout. The service area is on the right as you walk in and there is comfortable seating lined up the left side of the wall. There is more seating and tables at the back which provides enough room for groups. There is also outside seating which is a very nice place to chill in the summer.

The menu is quite large here and stocks up to around 15 strains of weed at a time. You have a nice choice between old school and the latest popular strains here. The hash selection is limited, but very nice quality. Most stocked with exotic hashes. Special offers are available here for 5 gram purchases.
