Green Place 2

Coffeeshop Green Place 2 is located on Haarlemmerstraat in the city centre, only a few minutes walk from Centraal Station. This is the second location to the already established coffeeshop on Nieuwmarkt, also in the city centre.

You may remember this place as 'Coffeeshop Picasso' which originally opened in 1986 and stayed open for over two decades at this location. In October 2017 the coffeeshop was sold and the new owners changed the name to 'Amsterdamned' who operated it until April 2022, when it was sold to the current owners 'Green Place'.
