Funny People

Coffeeshop Funny People is located on Tt. Vasumweg, which is in Amsterdam-Noord (North). These guys used to be located right in the centre of Amsterdam near the very popular Warmoesstraat, but were forced to close in 2015.

The clientele has obviously changed since they moved away from the city centre and now largely caters to a lot less people in this location. From outside it doesn't look like an ordinary Amsterdam coffeeshop like the city centre, but once inside you wouldn't know you were away from the city.

As you enter there is a small area with the main smoking area on the left and the service area on the right where you can purchase your weed and hash. Once completed you will be buzzed into the smoking room where there is a around 4 wooden tables and a long bench built along one of the walls.

The cannabis menu is quite small since the move from the centre and mostly stocks the old school strains like Amnesia and White Widow. The prices are however slightly less than previous as they mostly cater to locals in the area.
