Funky Munkey

Funky Munkey is located on Marnixstraat right on the edge of the canal belt, just off the popular Rozengracht. Only a 5 minute walk from the Anne Frank house and Westerkerk. Tram numbers 13 and 17 will take you there in 10 minutes from Centraal Station (4 stops).

The coffeeshop is easily visible by the bright signs, especially at night. This place caters for locals and tourists and has a nice atmosphere to relax in.

At the back off the coffeeshop there is an excellent terraced area with great views from the windows. There is comfortable seating with plenty of room for larger groups. There is 2 booth areas with enough space for at least 8 people in each. Down the other side there is smaller tables with seats for smaller groups. Also provided is a pool table which not many coffeeshops now have due to space limitations. A chess table is also available for use.

Funky Munkey has a decent sized menu with around 12 to 15 strains of weed and around 5 choices of hash usually available. Purchases of 5 grams also receive a discount.
